Event Stalls

Stall holders are responsible for bringing their own gazebo, tables & chairs, pitches are £15 and can be booked and paid for online using the form below. If you are a food vendor and interested in a stall please email us at hhp@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk

Please download and read the stall holder rules and conditions before making your booking.

Once booked we will need a copy of your public liability insurance and food hygience certificates (if you are selling food or drink), these should be emailed to hhp@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk, if we do not receive these certificates your booking is not confirmed.

Stallholders will not be able to leave site or pack up until the event finishes.

We are currently looking for outside stallholders for the following events:-

Dragon Egg Trail Sunday 7th April

Dog Festival Sunday 12th May

Classics in the Park Sunday 16th June

Mindful Fest Sunday 22nd September
