The Rainbow Fairies from Tiny T's Theatre are visiting Houghton Hall Park's formal and kitchen gardens this August to spread magic, joy and colour!
Join us for magical, interactive fairy storytelling, meet Moonbeam the Unicorn and learn fairy skills with Rainbow workshops. Become a fairy crown - maker, design your fairy costume and create nature flower fairy puppets!
Suitable for children age three and over, must be accompanied by an adult.
Spaces are limited for the workshops and must be booked in advance.
Mon 21st August - 'Flowers in Bloom'
FREE Storytelling & Moonbeam the Unicorn meet-and-greet 10:30-11am
Workshop 1 - 11:30-12noon - Rainbow Fairy Flower Crown Making £5 per child
Design and create your very own Rainbow Fairy flower crown to wear and be proud of who you are! Each child will learn fairy spells, design their magical flower crown and create a colourful crown to take home and wear, with the help of the Tiny T's Theatre Rainbow Fairies.
FREE Storytelling & Moonbeam the Unicorn meet-and-greet 1-1:30pm
Workshop 2 - 2-2:30pm - Fairy & Elf Nature Puppets £5 per child
Design and create your very own Fairy or Elf! Each child will learn fairy spells, design their magical character and create a nature-filled puppet on a stick, with the help of the Tiny T's Theatre Rainbow Fairies.
Workshop 3 - 3-3.30pm - Fairy Flower Wreaths
Design and create your very own Rainbow Fairy flower wreath to hang on your door and welcome other fairy friends in! Each child will learn fairy spells, design and make their magical flower wreath with the help of the Tiny T's Theatre Rainbow Fairies.
Tue 22nd August - 'Potion Perfection!'

Workshop 1 - 11:30-12noon - Fizzing Flower Potions £5 per child
Become a magical potion brewer! Each child will learn fairy spells, create their own fizzing flower potion with biodegradable woodland-friendly ingredients, and pour it into their very own potion bottle to take home, with the help of the Tiny T's Theatre Rainbow Fairies.

Workshop 2 - 2-2:30pm - Unicorn Fizzing Mud! £5 per child
Time to get messy! Each child will learn fairy spells, create their own colourful fizzing mud potion with biodegradable woodland-friendly ingredients, and pour it into their very own potion pot to take home, with the help of the Tiny T's Theatre Rainbow Fairies.
Workshop 3 - 3-3.30pm - Calm Potion Jars
Design and create your very own calm potion jar to help you get to sleep each night! Each child will learn fairy spells, design and create their calm potions, taking it home in a special jar with the help of the Tiny T's Theatre Rainbow Fairies. The calm potion jars encourage mindfulness and focus before bed time, all made with natural ingredients.
