An Introduction to Forest Bathing - fully booked

To mark Mental Health Awareness Week and its theme of Nature - we're offering an introduction to forest bathing at Houghton Hall Park. Forest bathing involves a gentle guided walk that can support our mental health and wellbeing by helping us to slow down and relax by awakening our senses to the natural world.
